Build a VLC folder
Pick your music folder. It should contain a source/ folder with every song, named
after the song (e.g. source/Alicia.mp3), and optionally a
modified/ folder of hand-edited versions that replace their source counterparts.
Every song is re-encoded to .wav and every complete playlist gets an
.m3u file, all in vlc/, ready to copy to the VLC app. Everything
happens in this browser tab; no audio leaves your computer.
